Shipping policy

All items are handmade to order, so please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch.

Goods are sent with either Parcelforce, Royal Mail or another major carrier, with full tracking being sent to you via email and/or SMS when the order is ready to ship. If the tracking does not yet show as active, this means it has not yet been collected but will be on the next available collection.

EU & International orders will be sent via Parcelforce, DPD or another reputable carrier, with tracking being sent to you once booked it and ready for collection.

Please ensure we have the correct shipping address during checkout, as we cannot be held liable for incorrect addresses and returned orders refused at point of delivery.
