When will I receive my order?
All our spice racks are hand finished to order, so we do ask for up to 15 working days for dispatch, especially during busy periods. Within the UK, all orders are shipped either with Parcelforce, Royal Mail or Hermes. Orders to outlying UK areas may take a little longer to be received, please add an extra day or two to your estimated delivery date.
Orders to countries outside the UK usually take an additional 3 to 8 working days for delivery, once in the courier's hands. Please allow a little extra time during busy periods.
Do I have to register an account with you to order from the website?
No, this is not a requirement, but a customer account will allow you to:

What payment methods do you accept?
We welcome payments by debit and credit card. We are currently unable to accept payment by PayPal or over the phone.
Can I cancel an order?
Providing the order hasn't been dispatched you can cancel your order by emailing us at sales(at)silverapplewood.co.uk
Can I Return an Item?
While we hope you are pleased with your order, we understand that you may sometimes want to return an item. We accept returns made within 30 calendar days provided that you notify us prior to returning the item, and that it is in the same condition as it was when you received it. Returns requested after 7 calendar days, or outside the UK, will be refunded less original postage cost.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this time.

Do you offer a Bespoke service?
At this time, we are unfortunately unable to offer a bespoke service.
Can I Come and Visit Your Workshop / Do You Have A Shop?
We do not have a shop as we only supply our handmade goods online through a number of sales channels, and we are not currently able to allow visitors into the workshop for insurance reasons.
